"Big Red" is my 1956 3100 Chevrolet. It's story is short. As far as I can trace, it was owned by a farmer in Bethany, Oklahoma. It was later bought by a man in Moore, south of Oklahoma City. While it was in his possession, he restored and modified the truck. He dropped in a 350 V-8 dual exhaust, automatic transmission, and installed a 4:11 rear end. He left almost everything else stock. It then fell into my hands, becoming my first vehicle. "Big Red" now spends it's time on the roads of northwest Oklahoma City ; I drive it to Putnam City North High School, where I am currently a sophmore, and to the few lawns that I mow.
